I’m Anna, originally from England, now living by the ocean in Nicaragua with my husband and our beautiful daughter. Motherhood has deepened everything I share, showing me just how powerful love, nurture, and presence really are.
Life once felt like I had to fit my “dream self” into a few weeks of holidays, retreats, and escapes from routine. But choosing a different path has allowed me to live every day in alignment with what I value most: freedom, connection, and presence.
Today, I spend my time mothering, learning, and living as consciously as I can in the choices I make, the way I connect, and how I show up for myself and my family.
From this place, I guide others to explore their own conscious way of living. They notice their patterns, realign with what truly matters, and create a life that feels lighter, freer, and more deeply their own.
